For Family in the UK
Does your father, mother or another family member live on the Costa Blanca and could they benefit from some daily support or a familiar person they can rely on?
Perhaps you live in England or elsewhere yourself and cannot always visit as often as you would like.
This can naturally cause concerns.
Who helps with practical matters? Is there enough structure? And how do you know that everything is really going well?
Home with Care provides personal support to seniors and people with disabilities. With genuine attention, clear communication and one familiar point of contact
Personal support, not a large organisation
Even when you live in the Netherlands, you remain closely involved in the support of your loved one.
During a free, no-obligation introductory meeting, we discuss their wishes, needs and expectations.
Based on this, I create a personal support plan with clear goals that fit their situation.
For example:
Maintaining independence
Creating more structure in the day
Social contact
Practical support
These goals are regularly reviewed and adjusted when necessary.
Naturally, I keep you involved so you know how things are going and whether there are any important developments.
Your Loved One in Spain, Your Peace of Mind in the UK
With Home with Care, your loved one does not have to deal with constantly changing caregivers. Instead, they have one familiar face.
I take the time to really get to know them and provide support that fits their personal situation and wishes.
This may include:
Companionship and a listening ear
Grocery shopping together
Cooking or preparing a healthy meal together
Light household support, such as tidying, vacuuming, washing dishes and doing laundry
Accompanying them to appointments, such as the GP, physiotherapist or hairdresser
Going for a walk, having a coffee or doing another activity together
Light personal care, such as support with showering, dressing and personal hygiene
My goal is for your loved one to feel comfortable, safe and heard, while remaining independent in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible.
