Support for People with Intellectual Disabilities on the Costa Blanca
Everyone deserves a life in which they feel seen, understood and supported.
At Home with Care, I provide personal support to people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities who live or temporarily stay on the Costa Blanca.
With patience, structure and genuine attention, I focus on what each person needs to feel as independent and confident as possible.

I provide support that fits into everyday life, for example:
Creating structure in the day
Grocery shopping together
Walking or exercising
Cooking and household support
Support with social contacts
Accompanying you to appointments
Support with hobbies and daily activities
Working towards greater independence
Companionship and a listening ear
Support with personal care
My goal is to focus on what is possible and provide support that builds confidence and independence.
Who is this support for?
My support is suitable for:
Young adults
Adults
Seniors with an intellectual disability
People with autism
People with a chronic condition who need additional support
English speaking clients living or staying on the Costa Blanca
Are you temporarily staying or on holiday in Spain and need personal support? I am happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
My approach
Good support starts with trust.
That is why I take the time to really get to know each person. The disability is not what defines the person. The person comes first. With calmness, humour, clarity and personal attention, I work towards creating a safe environment where someone can be themselves. Together, we look at what matters and how I can provide the right support.
